WIRED TO PROSPER(7)

It is worth tracing how Abraham obeyed God. Apart from the fact that he left home to a strange land on the call of God. He heeded the call of God to pay Tithe. In Leviticus 27:30 it is stated 'all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord's. It is holy to the Lord. In Genesis 14:20 Abraham paid tithe of all . You are first empowered to give and then empowered to prosper. Paying a tithe of all you receive, including tithe on your business is a gateway to prosperity. As we know, divine prosperity is accessible to all but obtainable only to the obedient. God is not a respecter of persons. He shows no partiality. Act 10:34. He does not discriminates between the Jews and the Greeks when he comes to obedience. Romans 10:12 Abraham also showed obedience in keeping God's covenant of circumcision. Genesis 17: 10 This is my covenant which you shall keep, between Me and you and your ...

WIRED TO PROSPER(6) THE ABRAHAMIC LINK.

The seed, in the hand of a farmer, brings forth a hundred fold. However, in the hand of a novice, it suffers a great deal. And if you want to be a doctor you go to the medical school. If you want to be a lawyer, you go to a law school, and of course if you want to be a Pilot you have to go to a flying school. Can you perform surgery having not qualified as a Surgeon, nor appear in court, without being a lawyer/advocate or fly without a licence. So how do you think you can be prosperous without being schooled in the book of life and prosperity. 2 Peter 1: 3   'according to his divine power has given unto us all things that pertains to life and godliness...' He owns everything Psalm 50:10; 'For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills' Haggai 2:8; 'The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, says the Lord of Hosts' also see Ecc 5:19; and 2Cor 8:9. That book is the Bible. If you want to prosper you ought to look in it. He gave us ...

WIRED TO PROSPER(5) IN PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS

As a matter of fact, what is pursuing you and what you pursue determines your destiny. We have seen what tend to pursue us. But what do you pursue? Follow me: What you pursue a. Your hopes . It drives you from the front, whilst fear drives you from the back. For example if you hope to buy a house or buy a car for your parents, you are bound to be driven by this hope. What we want to achieve tend to drive us. b. Your happiness - Our peace and happiness tend to cause us to be driven. Pursuit of happiness (every man is born to pursue happiness) It's a strong drive. But it's not the same for all. When your heart is sinful, the things yo u pursue will be bad, same as when your heart is right, you will pursue good things. This is what the bible says about it: “The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness.” Luke 11:34 KJV What makes people ha...

WIRED TO PROSPER(4)- IN PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.

So, you have your seed in your hand, faithfully ready to embark on that journey. You wonder why you do certain things that you do, the drive, the passion and the things you desire. Let me explore some things I found out: A. Everyone is going somewhere , and most likely everyone want the fastest route. In Phil 3:13-14 We saw what drove Paul, and we ought to ask that question what drives you or I? 1. What pursues you, will drive your pursuits . Let's look at them: a. Your fears Fears from our past, childhood, experiences of upbringing, our expectations. Fear of being poor. Fear of death, failure etc. Fear can motivate or destroy . Job said 'The thing I feared most has come upon me'. Job 3:24-26 “For my sighing cometh before I eat, and my roarings are poured out like the waters. For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. I was not in safety, neither had I rest, neither was I quiet; yet trouble came.” Job...

BUILDING THE QUINTESSENTIAL MAN-NEHEMIAH AS A STUDYCASE

NEHEMIAH :A GREAT EXAMPLE FOR THE TOTAL MAN- THE QUINTESSENTIAL PERSON: From 7am tomorrow morning, I will have the privilege to speak to men. Real Men. 7am on a Saturday morning is not your best time. You look forward to that time on those days to chill out and relax, extra sleep, having woken up on 5 previous working days to go to work. So, I understand the sacrifice. God must then reward the men who show up. However, against the background of the need to find that man, that teachable man that is crying out for purpose and essence of God’s call on his life, it is worth it. The sacrifice, which shall be a call for knowledge and wisdom every first Saturday of every new month until further notice, will surely pay off. You are invited. The man is so essential in the affairs of God’s mandate, and the nation; to advance, to lift, to enlarge, to pull down, to root out, to destroy and to throw down, and to build and plant. Jer 1:9-10.  In the positive and against the negative. The ma...

If your seed is that important, what makes it so. I believe it's the very nature of the seed that makes it important. And until we know that we ourselves, whilst been someone's fruits, have seeds embedded in us. What is the nature of seed? 1. It is in-born . Your seed is already in you. Already wired into your system. Your abilities are elements of your seed. You were born with it(them). God formed my inward parts; you covered me in my mother's womb. Ps 139:13. There are certain things that we brought from 'heaven' Eunuchs who were born thus from their mother's womb...Mt 19:12. God has already preloaded you and has called you for something great. Find that seed in you. A story I heard shared in a message by a preacher gave strength to this fact. A physically challenged boy was able to play the piano at a professional level, just listening to his physically fit brother taken lessons. That boy did not need his hands and legs to play like a maestro, he tapp...

WIRED TO PROSPER(2)

UNDERSTANDING THE SEED. THE FIRST STEP TO PROSPERITY. The bible teaches us that that the seed is a mighty instrument in our hand, but even more mightier when sown. John 12: 24 says Most assuredly I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone, if it dies, it produces much grain. This is a red letter sentence by Jesus. The grain remains the same as long as it is still in your hand, but when you let it loose, it performs wonders.  Furthermore, we note that at creation, in Gen 1:11, the bible records that God in creation says... Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth. It's therefore not rocket science to come to the conclusion that God brought forth the fruit, not the seed. He however, left the seed inside the fruit for further fruitfulness. The seed is important. We see this importance more in 2 Cor 9:10- Now may he(God)wh...
