Service- workers goal

Service is best described as an act of helpful activity; help; aid: to do someone a service.

It's one of the core goals of a Christian-Acts 9:1-6 "what do you want me to do"

You can also serve man(woman)-Heb 13:17...many leaders who have 'eyes' know those who serve them. It's not what you say but what you do, especially when they are not there. Your heart beats clearly speak volumes. Your reaction to what they counsel and teach and how you carry out the assignments

...And serve one another. Gal 3:15. This is honourable. Not selfish, not self-seeking. One that commits to support including offering reasonable and truthful counsel.

To faithfully serve, you can't dishonour, backbite, or disregard. You honour in service, you work it out like salvation, at times painful yet rejoicing. Every word or act must be beneficial to the one or institution you claim to serve. Then, the position of true leadership simply beckons to you and you step into it gracefully.
